What are the keys to sustaining motivation at the intrinsic level?
 
    
Access to Peak Performance trains performers to re-presence what moves or inspires them about their sport or performance arena. 
 
    
"What do you love about your field of performance?" is a commonly asked question.

The majority of individuals lose sight of this along the way - especially in a high intensity environment where results are everything. The irony in this is that the desired results are far more likely to be achieved if the person's attention is on what they love about what they do. This relates to the attentional focus section above. If your attention is on the outcome, you will neglect the process and more importantly, you will forget what had you get involved in this in the first place. It is imperative to periodically re-presence this source of inspiration. It will sustain you for the long term, not to mention the greater success that you will see.
