  Self-Confidence

What is confidence and how is it built?

Access to Peak Performance provides training that helps performers be at the source of their confidence building, rather than being a victim of the outcome of performance. Most people think:

"If I can just get a win or two, then I will really get some confidence."

While this may be true to a degree, how can you win if you don't have confidence to start with? This circular problem recurs for performers at every level. Evaluating yourself appropriately as a performer is one of the major keys to confidence building. Most people's confidence is hinged upon outcome, not quality of performance and progress. If you are trained to evaluate inside a system that looks more at the goals you have chalked out, at your satisfaction level as a performer, along with your results, your confidence is far more likely to increase.
